What is my order status?
MiniB2B Order Status: Pending, Paid, Delivered, Canceled.
Pending: The order has been placed successfully, but we still have not received your payment.
Paid: We have received your payment and the order will be processed.
Delivered: The order has been sent out to you! Please check the tracking details to follow your order.
Canceled: The order was canceled, probably at your request.

How do I check my recent orders?
After you have placed an order, please log in to your account and click “Order History”, to view all orders you have made including complete information: Shipping address, shipping method, payment information as well as items ordered. When the status of your order has been updated, that will also show in your account.

How do I track my order?
When we ship your order, the tracking number with links will be sent to you by email. You can input your tracking number on the website of your courier to follow your order.

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order which has not yet been paid for, please contact us. We will not process your order until we have received your payment.
If you want to cancel an order you have already paid for, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible for you to cancel your order.
